Natural Noir
A series about the darker sides of the natural world. Harsh black-and-white textures reveal instincts and hidden cruelty. These images remind us that nature is as vulnerable and dangerous as we are.

This series explores the darker and more aggressive aspects of the natural world. Harsh black-and-white textures of rural landscapes, soil, foliage, and branches do not depict idyll but instead reveal latent force and suppression. In these images, nature is stripped of romantic harmony and becomes a mirror of our instincts and cruelties, usually hidden beneath social masks.
The series captures moments when the environment ceases to be neutral and turns into a stage of conflict. It reflects the duality of the world: what gives us life also evokes fear, tension, and darkness.
