What we create during a shoot cannot be faked.
Regardless of whether it is a paid shoot or a TFP, the result is born out of honesty and presence.
The result is an experience that stays with you, with moments that change the way you see yourself.
The shots may be strange, contradictory, strangely beautiful, or harsh, but that is precisely where their power lies.
Some of them live on: in galleries, competitions, exhibitions, sometimes in the hands of viewers who see things that you yourself don’t always notice.
This is the real result that makes the whole process worthwhile.
